Good morning, Forsyth County.
Be honest, how many of y'all spent yesterday scrambling to file your taxes before the deadline? For once, it wasn't me. I actually got mine knocked out last month, which felt like a small personal victory. But I know I will definitely hear plenty of groans and horror stories from folks today who were up late wrestling with receipts, logins, and that one form they forgot existed. If that was you, take a deep breath. You made it. The hard part is over, and now it's time to enjoy a great weekend around the county.

Gray Hair? This Is How You Reduce It Naturally
Most men dealing with gray hair have two options: live with it or dye it. Dye works, but it has a tell. The roots. The uniformity. The fact that it looks like something you did rather than something you have.
But now there is a third option: Particle Anti-Gray Serum. A daily spray that works at the root to gradually restore your natural color — hair and beard — without dye, without mess, without anyone knowing you're doing anything at all. Premium ingredients. Clinically researched. Thirty-day guarantee. Over 1,000,000 men use Particle because the results look like them.

HOA Reform Bill Backed by Forsyth Lawmakers Heads o Governor's Desk
A Georgia Homeowners "Bill of Rights", supported by Forsyth County's legislative delegation, has passed the Georgia General Assembly and is now awaiting the governor's signature. If signed into law, the bill would require homeowners associations to provide proper advance notice before issuing fines and significantly limit HOAs' authority to penalize residents. Forsyth County is one of Georgia's most HOA-dense communities, making this legislation directly relevant to tens of thousands of local homeowners. Details on implementation timelines are expected once the bill is signed.
Student artists win county's storm drain art contest
Two South Forsyth High School students claimed top honors in the fifth annual Storm Drain Art Contest, co-hosted by Keep Forsyth County Beautiful and the Forsyth County Department of Water and Sewer. Evana Deivasankar and Mishri Patel beat out countywide competition with designs that will be painted directly onto storm drains across Forsyth County. The annual contest uses public art to spark conversations about stormwater runoff and water quality. It also gives local student artists a canvas that's hard to miss.
